Six miles east of Ellston on J20 is the Grand River with water access under the J20
bridge. The Grand River runs through Decatur County, Iowa from the northern county
line south to the Missouri border. The Grand River Water Trail starts at the Westerville
Access, approximately 2 miles north of the City of Grand River and ends at the Davis
City Park. The trail is approximately 23 miles in length with six access points
